Dear Marjane,
For the past month as an assignment in my English class I have been reading the book Persepolis. This book has changed my aspect on the way children of Iran and also through out the middle east, live their lives. It has also changed my perspective on life. Even though I'm a few chapters away from the end of the book, I still don't understand how anyone could live majority of their life the way you did. I have found myself to be very grateful to know of a woman such as yourself. I am amazed to see the impact of how hard work and dedication could make so much of your life better for everyone who is affected. I appreciate your work as a woman and I respect your work and what you believe in. In Iran there aren't as many resource's as there are in the U.S. if you wanted to find out different things about people around the world, other than reading, how did you find out information about the U.S. or other places around the world.? And another thing, if you were to change what ever you wanted in the past, what would it be and why?
Sincerely, Destiny W.
